Real Estate Assistant Certification

The IREAA™ certification program is the only training endorsed and approved by our real estate program vendors and personally endorsed by Allen F. Hainge, himself.

Certification is available exclusively to IREAA™ members. Our certification ensures that our certified real estate virtual assistants have been tested on the most up-to-date real estate issues, processes and methods. Once certified, the real estate assistant will have the confidence and knowledge to support today's Real Estate Professionals.

Certification requires a total of 24 credits. Members of IREAA™ will automatically receive their certification after taking the IREAA™ training courses and passing each course exam.

Our certification program for real estate virtual assistants is designed by our Board Members who have a vast knowledge of real estate as well as our approved vendors to ensure the most thorough training and testing is available.

In addition to our certification program we offer vendor training. Each vendor has worked with the Board Members of IREAA™ in order to offer an in-depth comprehension on how their program works as well as helpful tips will be provided that are owned exclusively by the IREAA™.

Introduction to Real Estate
An overview of the Real Estate industry, terminology and basic facts you need to know.

Risk Management
Rules and regulations for real estate assistants. What you can and can not do for your REP.

Lead Management
Learn about lead management from the REVA queen herself! Manage your clients leads using drip e-mail and direct mail campaigns. Learn how to create campaigns and stay on top of them!

Internet Marketing / Branding
Learn how to help your REP brand their business using a variety of internet marketing techniques including web sites, e-zines, e-stationery, Just Listed e-cards, virtual tours, search engine optimization and broadcast emails.

Learn the various methods of direct marketing (newsletters, postcards, etc.) and how to develop an effective campaign for your clients. We'll show you how to obtain your mailing lists, what companies will do the mailings for you and give you examples for your reference.

FSBO/Expired
Learn our tips on creating FSBO and Expired programs.

Listing Coordination
Develop an in-depth understanding of the listing process, what's involved and how agents are marketing those properties to sell quickly.

Transaction Coordination
Discover how easy using an online transaction coordination system is and how it benefits the REP. Review documents associated with transaction coordination and develop checklists to use for those clients not using online systems.
