Kim holds a degree in Business Administration, Marketing
and Real Estate Development. She is one of the first
virtual assistants to specialize in real estate.
Kim has been in the real estate industry since 1983 and
has a combination of mortgage financing, commercial leasing
and residential experience. Kim has owned her VA company
since 2001 and has become one of the most sought after
real estate virtual assistants today.
Kim has been invited to speak for several real estate organizations on the topics of using a real estate virtual assistant and how real estate virtual assistants can assist agents. Kim has been interviewed several times in some of the top real estate magazines

Pam Ivey started Visual Persuasions Canada in February 2001. She specializes in marketing strategy, listing marketing coordination, and contact/lead management. Her latest venture, Orchestrated Closings, provides comprehensive transaction management coordination services.
Well-connected, Pam is a member of the Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection (CVAC), the Canadian VA Network (CVAN), the International Virtual Assistant Association (IVAA), and the Virtual Assistant Chamber of Commerce. Her designations include Certified in Small Business Management from Mohawk College, Hamilton, ON, Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant (PREVA) from REVA Network, Certified CyberStarVA (now IREAA™), Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS) from the IVAA, and her most recent acquisition of Certified Marketing Professional from CMP University.

Brandy Schafer has been a virtual assistant since 2006, specializing in Lead and Listing Management. She is a member of IVAA and is certified as a CRESS and CCSVA.
Knowing the benefits of being self-employed, but still focusing on raising her small children Brandy uses her previous nine and a half years of experience as an Executive Administrator and Operations Manager to fine tune and master time management. Brandy has been Kim Hughes’ “right hand person” for 2 years now and has learned what it takes to work with real estate agents.
Because of excellent time management skills and an eye for detail IREAA can depend on Brandy to make sure the administrative duties are implemented and she is exceptional at handling all the details that are very important to the success of IREAA and the IREAA members.
Brandy is a vital part of the IREAA organization. She is responsible for handling IREAA’s new membership, renewals, certification program, vendor training and so much more. |
